The idea and goal of the program:

The self-assessment is a stage within the school evaluation process that precedes external evaluation. Its purpose is to prepare schools, instill a culture of evaluation, and enable them to develop and improve their performance, thereby sustaining excellence. This contributes to enhancing the quality of educational performance and ensuring its competitiveness internationally, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program. This guide clarifies the processes of implementing self-assessment to ensure its quality, understanding the requirements of school evaluation standards and indicators. It also explains the roles and procedures for implementing tools and data collection models. School management is expected to achieve this in accordance with their unique circumstances, identifying areas for improvement autonomously, and investing their material and human resources. This guide serves as a reference for schools, their staff, and educational stakeholders, in addition to providing a general framework and procedural guidelines to achieve the goals of the school evaluation and accreditation program. The Tame Excellence Training Center is committed to building and qualifying schools for self-assessment, aiming to make them symbols of excellence and leadership, and to elevate them to the highest levels of performance efficiency, by providing high-quality training and development services, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards adopted for schools in the Kingdom.
