Leadership Qualification and Preparation Program “Future Leaders PQL”.

The idea and goal of the program:

It focuses on developing leaders, enhancing their efficiency, and preparing them to perform better in their current positions while also equipping them for new leadership roles.

Detailed objectives

– Preparation of a second tier of leaders and their qualification for leadership positions in government agencies and the private sector.
– Dissemination of a culture and practices of leadership qualification and empowerment, and the development and localization of systems and tools for the creation and qualification of leaders.
– Increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the performance of the education sector and deepening positive momentum within it.
– Increasing the empowerment of female leadership.

Target:

Leaders in government entities and the private sector, administrative or educational staff working in leadership positions or those aspiring to leadership positions in the near future, including school principals and managers.
