The Excellence Group is currently dedicated to developing several distinguished projects to contribute to the region by creating a modern and innovative tourist and service destination, thereby enhancing the quality of life. Currently, the group is working on three projects:
1. The Excellence Water Resort
2. Development of the current hotel apartments
3. Development of the Excellence Boulevard
Al Tamyoz Water Resort
The resort is set on a 3,000 square meter area, adjacent to the Excellence Suites to provide both entertainment and accommodation in one place. This project includes seating areas, scenic views, water games, and water pools with a capacity of accommodating 300 people per hour. The resort will be the first of its kind in Hail with investments exceeding 25 million Riyals, completing the Excellence Entertainment Group. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of April 2024, InshaAllah.
Development of the current suites
As the suites are the cornerstone of the Excellence Group and given the importance of this tourism sector and according to the requirements of the customers, the group has developed a comprehensive plan to upgrade the suites to cover the following:
1. Renovation of the buildings and enhancement of services.
2. Connecting the units to the water resort.
3. Upgrading and standardizing the facades.
4. Upgrading and renewing the furniture.
5. Improving all unit facilities.
